term agreements designed to cover a wide range of customer
requirements and equipment of any manufacture. We cater
for single units with single customers, to bulk maintenance
agreements throughout the country.

AXIS offer 24 hour
emergency cover 365 days a year. All our mobile engineers
are equipped with state of the art communication equipment.
Emergency and routine repairs are dealt with by our
fully equipped Repairs Department as necessary.

AXIS Mobile Repair
Engineers provide the additional back-up necessary to
compliment any planned maintenance service. AXIS
provide a full reporting procedure that takes into account
current Health and Safety at Work requirements and recommendations.

AXIS operate an
integrated service management system that will automatically
monitor all service units, ensuring that preventative
maintenance programmes are utilized in reducing breakdowns.
Our field engineers operate a digital real time reporting
system with details of maintenance visits, breakdowns
and repairs undertaken as they are completed. The engineers
written reports are sent immediately to our main computer
servers from the site, so processing of information
is immediately available to our managers and administration
staff. Clients also have the facility to monitor the
servicing of their lift(s) and track any repair works
being undertaken through a client log in on our web-site.
